About the Role:

We are seeking an innovative Marketing & Events Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a key driver in enabling sales and business development with tools, content, and training, and overseeing campaigns, events, and trade shows along with other high visibility tasks. The ideal candidate will have a proven history in commercial or sales marketing and event management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What You Will Do:

Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and organizing a wide range of events, including conferences, trade shows, product, corporate meetings, and social eventsCreate marketing and promotion campaigns to ensure flow that allows attendees to easily navigate the trade showConduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and measure the event's successPlan, organize, and execute a variety of events from inception to completionPrepare reports on event outcomes, including attendance, revenue, and participant feedbackResponsibility in driving revenue through strategic partnership with our Commercial teamsDevelop long-term sales strategies that align with the company's growth objectivesAssist with the ongoing transformation of our newly created digital sales portalWho You Are:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, event management and sales alignmentStrong strategic thinking and analytical and organizational skillsProven record of successfully developing and executing marketing campaigns and managing a variety of eventsFamiliarity with marketing tools and platforms, such as HubSpotProven success in high-growth and/or start-up companiesAbility to travel as needed to support global trade showsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, flexibility will be keyWe Are Seeking People Who:
