The Opportunity
Within Aeroflow, the Internal Development team is currently comprised of four engineers, a tech lead, and a product owner.
The internal development team currently serves the entire organization and is focused on providing programmatic solutions to business problems.We drive operational efficiency and ensure we are focused on business value.Your Primary Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a VBA developer. Our VBA developers are typically responsible for
Understanding client requirements and how they translate into application featuresCollaborating with a team of IT professionals to set specifications for new applicationsDesigning creative prototypes according to specificationsWriting high quality source code to program complete applications within deadlinesPerforming unit and integration testing before launchConducting functional and non-functional testingTroubleshooting and debugging applicationsEvaluating existing applications to reprogram, update, and add new featuresDeveloping technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and codeEmployee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.Compliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performanceMaintain HIPAA/patient confidentialitySkills for Success
A team player with excellent communication skillsAbility to convey information to non-technical colleagues conciselyAbility to collaborate inter-team and cross-teamAnalytical thinking and problem-solving capabilityGreat attention to detail and time-management skillsRequired Qualifications
