Job DetailsMarketing Operations Manager OVERVIEW/PROJECT DETAILS: We are looking for a Marketing Operations and Web Analytics specialist. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and strategic insight, with extensive experience in web analytics and marketing operations. This role focuses on two main objectives: optimizing web analytics, particularly through Adobe Analytics, and enhancing marketing operations with Salesforce CRM support. MUST HAVE SKILLS: 5+ years of experience in web analytics, with a strong focus on Adobe Analytics. Hands-on experience with A/B testing of web analytics, preferably using Adobe Target. Extensive knowledge of building reports and tracking user engagement on websites. Proficiency in Pardot (or HubSpot) for marketing automation and operations. Experience with demand generation, with a deep understanding of account-based marketing strategies. Ability to track marketing efforts without reliance on third-party cookies. Experience with campaign tracking and process management in a marketing operations role. Technical proficiency in managing JavaScript tags and data passing through UTMs (Urchin Tracking Modules) Understanding of how to derive and pass data effectively for tracking and reporting purposes. Background in B2B demand generation and account-based marketing strategies. Strong communication skills, with the ability to take ownership of projects, show initiative, and ensure thorough follow-through. NICE TO HAVE: Experience in B2B SaaS Coming from Amazon or other organizations who are required to track marketing effectively without relying on third-party cookies DAY-TO-DAY: Web Analytics: Utilize Adobe Analytics to track and report on website engagement and campaign performance. Develop and manage JavaScript tags and UTMs to track user engagement across websites and ecommerce stores. Build and maintain comprehensive reports and report templates, focusing on key actions such as form completions and user interactions. Implement and analyze A/B testing across the website to optimize user experience and campaign effectiveness. Align ecommerce tracking to improve data accuracy and insight into user behavior. Marketing Operations: Support Salesforce CRM integration with marketing efforts, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate tracking of marketing assets and revenue opportunities. Leverage Pardot (or similar platforms like HubSpot) to manage marketing automation, build form handlers, campaigns, Engagement Studio flows, and tracking redirects. Track visitor engagement from initial interaction with marketing assets through to sales readiness, passing qualified leads to the sales team. Execute and manage campaign tracking across multiple channels, such as LinkedIn and Google, to assess campaign success and ROI. Interacting with campaign generation, marketing website, product website, and communication teams Reporting and Analysis: Present detailed reports and insights to the marketing team, highlighting campaign performance and actionable recommendations. Track program performance and results, focusing on user engagement with marketing assets such as downloadable content and videos.
