Overview:As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms, ensuring that content aligns with brand voice and tone, and managing the community content. You will take ownership of the content calendar, create and publish posts, engage with the community, and perform social listening to stay on top of trends and customer feedback. The role will be about 50/50; 50% Community Management and 50% Customer Service based on questions, comments, etc. by the community.***As a heads up, a main qualifier is that you need to have managed one or two large retail or consumer brands for Social Media Community Management (followers in the 500,000 to millions range).This is a direct hire role based in Los Angeles, CA, and you must live there already; no relocation.Salary range is $65,000 - $70,000 based on experience.IMPORTANT NOTE: To be considered, you MUST be able to start on 8/26!Community Manager Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain a content calendar, write copy, and create post images.Handle day-to-day community management across platforms such as X, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.Publish content, monitor social channels, and ensure consistent brand voice and tone.Execute tactical social media tasks including social listening and community engagement.Adapt quickly to trends and provide timely feedback.Community Manager Experience Requirements:3+ years of experience in Social Media Management, Community Management, or Customer Service.Proven track record of working with larger brands, especially in high-volume retail content.Proficient across all social media platforms with a keen eye for detail.Experience in proactively managing social media responsibilities and staying updated with trending moments.Deadline to apply is 8/20
