The TikTok Web Ads and Open-Loop E-Commerce team is part of the TikTok Monetization Product organization and is responsible for building advertising products for e-commerce clients on TikTok. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2024. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience.

This Internship Program runs for 12 weeks beginning in May/June 2024. Successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the following summer internship cycles below:May 20, 2024 to August 9, 2024May 27, 2024 to August 16, 2024June 10, 2024 to August 30, 2024We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit to these start dates. RESPONSIBILITIESWork with product managers to launch products and optimizations based on market requirements and data analysis.Partner with cross functional business teams, including engineering, data science, product marketing, sales, to understand product and the needs from business and consumer perspectives.Support the goal of responsible development of TikTok's ad products by planning product vision.Own the product strategy and execution for features and products designed to support our users at each step of the process, improving user experience and conversation rates.Solicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write product specs and workflows, and coordinate cross-functionally.Develop and thoroughly present go-forward recommendations.Assist with the long-term product development plans and collaborate with the user product team to provide users with a more complete and smooth TikTok experience.

QualificationsCurrently pursuing an MBA or related discipline.Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2024.Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.

Preferred QualificationsGraduating December 2024 onwards with the intent to return to degree program after the completion of the internship.Related experience in digital product industry area is a plus.Strong data-driven mindset and strategies to solve complex problems.Excellent track record in multinational/functional team communication.Familiar with Internet industry and/or digital advertising industry.Strong self-motivation, result-driven, ability to influence others.

Job Information:Compensation Description (hourly): The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $55- $55. We cover 100% premium coverage for Full-Time intern medical insurance after 90 days from the date of hire. Medical coverage only, no dental or vision coverage.Our time off and leave plans are: Paid holidays and paid sick leave. The sick leave entitlement is based on the time you join.We also provide mental and emotional health benefits through our Employee Assistance Program and provide reimbursements for your mobile phone expense.
