Here’s what you’ll be doing: What You’ll Do: * Community Engagement: Build strong relationships throughout the community, raising brand awareness and fostering trust. * Strategic Execution: Develop and execute marketing, media, and campaign strategies aligned with company goals. * Social Media Mastery: Oversee content development and generation across social platforms. * Collaboration: Work closely with office staff to support overall organizational growth. * Budget Oversight: Assist in monitoring budgets, forecasts, and spending. * Brand Stewardship: Ensure all marketing materials reflect our brand voice. Who You Are: * Minimum Requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of related experience. * 1+ year of marketing experience. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). * Effective networking abilities. * Exceptional organizational skills. * Willingness to travel within Baton Rouge (valid driver’s license required). * Successful completion of a pre-employment background check. * Preferred Qualifications: * Social media management experience. * Web content development skills. * Familiarity with marketing software (Adobe, Canva, etc.).
