Lead the design, development, and implementation of the strategic marketing plan to support the regional client business, sourcing and reputation priorities, in alignment with regional priorities. Be a trusted business partner and marketing subject matter expert for the Site Head to support delivery against business priorities such as strategic sourcing, occupancy rates, revenue targets, customer satisfaction, regional awareness as well as contribute to brand awareness. Oversee all external and internal engagements where the relevant site and/or portfolio is references including paid, earned, owned, and shared channels. Responsible for designing and implementing strategies that cultivate a vibrant community at for the local client portfolio and communicate value-added services offerings, which includes collaboration across cross-functional teams.This role is working onsite at customer location in the Houston Medical area. It is a 3–6 month contract role**Key Responsibilities:**+ In partnership with the client Site Head, develop the vision, mission, and engagement strategy / plan to attract high potential, strategically aligned companies and drive value for current portfolio companies.+ Contribute to customer external engagement and activations+ Responsible for engaging the site portfolio to grow brand affinity and secure portfolio content to be utilized in the strategic engagement plan.+ Design, develop, implement, and report on marketing initiatives for their local customer business priorities, inclusive of programming, marketing, and sponsorships.+ Support customer sourcing activations locally, including planning, budgets, scheduling, speaker recruitment and management, marketing, registrations, delivery, and tracking project metrics.+ Partner with the Sourcing Activations Team sourcing initiative that occur in region.+ Serve as a brand ambassador and its component parts, in the region.**Detailed Tactics:**+ Responsible for developing the Site strategic engagement plan including budgets and monthly reporting to ensure execution success.+ Manage the implementation of all elements?of customer programs (manage budgets, develop calendar, recruit speakers, manage logistics, ticket sales, RSVPs)+ Contribute to regional activations.+ Responsible for ensuring a lead generation process is in place and manage the growth of the customer portfolio in the region.+ Accountable for tracking, analyzing and reporting ROI to the customer Site Leader and Activation Leadership for regional digital social, programmatic and special projects metrics to ensure they are meeting business requirements/objectives+ Support for the regional customer marketing including posting of events on social media, cross promotion with partners, targeted LinkedIn internal and external posts, communication of internal events and follow up. This includes the development of strategic e-marketing communications plan and schedule to ensure optimal attendance results+ Responsible for growing brand awareness, applications and demand generation via CRM, paid digital advertising, analyst and influencer marketing+ Responsible for regional team’s use of event management platforms such as Splash and HubSpot. Oversee creation of event materials such as: print programs, presentations, welcome slide decks, Event speaker management including scheduling, collection of speaker materials and slide decks. Manage attendee lists and badge production, survey creation, and event recaps, report final lists. Manage event logistics such as booking venue, obtaining permits and licenses, if needed, certificate of insurance, managing event setup and catering, coordinate event calendar entries, coordinate event setup with various teams (catering, security, janitorial, AV, operations) and calendar management+ Manage and engage ongoing relationships with key internal and regional external stakeholders including strategic marketing partners, trade associations, sponsors, sponsored organizations, and collaborators by developing mutually beneficial agreements and tracking benefits to ensure optimal results+ Responsible for web presence and manage maintenance and contentfor prospective region, i.e., Google My Business and regional website site page+ Support customer presence at regional conferences (sponsorship, speaking engagements, event planning, advertisements, booth, speakers, etc.)+ Manage and coordinate tours with site team for guests and support tour/visits. Notify global security of all foreign delegation tours/visits+ Responsible to set a strategic engagement plan to engage onsite customer resident community through coordination of social and networking events and regular communication and external community activities+ Support customers corporate identity regionally through internal and external work (electronic and hardcopy newsletters, intranets, external websites, external brochures, presentations, social media channels, SOPs, etc.)+ Create site portfolio engagement strategy and actively participate in site related activities including audits and portfolio community activities.+ Contribute to initiatives that are developed for adoption, but customized by site such as Resource Hub, Investor Hub, data collection, annual reporting, etc.**Qualifications:** Minimum of 5-7 years in brand management, marketing, or related field**Education:** Bachelor of science in marketing or related field**Experience and Skills Required:**+ Exceptional content marketing skills+ Ability to manage budgets and financial forecasts.+ Strong executive presence+ Strong writing skills+ Analytical use of data+ Proactive and results driven.+ Innovation - brings innovative ideas to the table.+ Strong familiarity with variety of digital tools and approaches to drive business results+ Ability to develop strategic initiatives to foster community development.+ Good people skills, able to influence management and work cross-functionally.+ Strong organization skills with ability to prioritize.+ Must be detail orientated and have strong personal leadership skills.+ Exceptional event planning and production skills+ Agency/contractor management+ Must be able to organize work towards deadlines and priorities on a daily basis, and to cope with fast pace.+ Energetic, dynamic, enthusiastic, committed, initiative-taker with can-do attitude.+ Aligned with Leadership Imperatives+ Team player+ Customer service oriented**Preferred:**+ Understanding of venture investing trends impacting client base+ Understanding of start-up ecosystem development+ Skills in business development, partner managementAs part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
