This role is pivotal in driving the overall growth of our platform by ensuring satisfaction, retention, and expansion. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with a solid background in customer success and growth strategies, with experience interacting with C-level Customers and Partners, as well as internal pre-sales and post sales team.Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.**Responsibilities**+ Develop and implement a pre-sales, top of funnel strategy aligned with the Copilot Studio product and growth goals.+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to align strategies and ensure a unified approach to customer engagement.+ Develop and maintain relationships with key prospects at C-Level, as well as internal stakeholders, to support lead generation and nurturing efforts.+ Develop and execute prospect & field education programs, including webinars, training sessions, and resource materials.+ Serve as an advocate for prospects, providing actionable feedback and insights to the product management team to shape the product roadmap.+ Lead and mentor a team of direct reports, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvemen**Other**+ Embody our culture and values**Qualifications****Required/Minimum Qualifications**+ Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/marketing/sales/program/business management+ OR equivalent experience.+ 6+ years people management experience.**Preferred Qualifications**+ Experience working in or with large enterprises, particularly within the technology or SaaS sectors.+ Knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies and their application in customer success.+ Proven track record of driving customer success and growth in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.+ Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across departments and teams.+ Driven by results, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.+ Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.**Product Management M6** - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $161,600 - $286,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $209,600 - $314,400 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
