We are seeking a Content Systems Manager to lead the development and integration of advanced content systems that will enhance our product offerings and user experiences . This role is crucial in bridging the gap between emerging content disciplines and our current strategies, ensuring that our content design, strategy, and architecture are not only responsive but also proactive in leveraging generative AI technologies.What you'll bring+ Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Library Science, or related field, or equivalent experience+ Proven experience in content strategy, content management systems, and/or digital content development+ Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and their application in content creation and management+ Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and initiatives+ Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills+ Ability to think strategically and analytically to solve complex problems+ Experience in managing AI-driven content systems+ Knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing, and related technologies+ Prior experience in a tech-forward, fast-paced environmentHow you will lead+ Advocacy and Education: Champion the importance of advanced content systems within the Small Business Group and beyond. Develop and lead educational initiatives to elevate understanding and engagement with generative AI capabilities across various teams+ Market and Trends Analysis: Maintain an acute awareness of industry trends and internal projects. Use this knowledge to identify opportunities for innovation and to position the team to effectively influence GenAI content strategies and user experiences+ Scaling Influence: Strategically expand the impact and reach of the content team within and beyond the organization. Identify and implement scalable solutions that enhance content effectiveness and efficiency+ Partnership Management: Work closely with technical partners, such as those involved in the FILM classifier and RAG model optimization, to enhance content delivery and functionality+ Content System Optimization: Oversee the development and refinement of content systems, including prompt engineering, knowledge base curation, ontology development, metadata scaling, content modeling, and training of LLMs+ Team Leadership: Lead a team of 5+ content architects, prioritizing their work and growing their careersEOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability.
