Performs basic level repairs and follows established manufacturing specifications for the product. Follows safety regulations, quality standards, and policies and procedures established by the company.In this Function You Will-Adjust and operate complex industrial production machinery in accordance with the established work plan.-Set up the machinery for production, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance, and operating the machinery during production runs.-Perform basic level repairs as needed to address any issues that may arise during operation. It is crucial to follow established manufacturing specifications for the product to ensure consistency and quality.-Adhere to safety regulations, quality standards, and the policies and procedures established by the company to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.Required Qualifications-Education: High School Diploma and/or Certificate in Mechanical Technician or Toolmaker-Experience: 8 years in manufacturing processes, tools and advanced knowledge using Tooling equipment.-Valid driver's license-Intermediate level English.-Read and write intermediate level.-Knowledge to read and interpret schematics.-Knowledge of processes linked to quality, ISO9001 and ISO14001.-Basic knowledge of LEAN processes and tools.-Ability to interpret and read plans.-Ability to handle advanced level production machinery.-Knowledge of multiple operational processes.-Knowledge in mathematics advanced level.-Knowledge in the inspection of products and/or processes at an advanced level.-Experience in complex mechanics.-Knowledge in the manufacture of intermediate level parts.-Experience in preparation and adjustments of advanced level production machinery.-Troubleshooting.Preferred Skills-Ability to plan your tasks daily and/or coordination.**Pay Details:** $12.75 to $13.50 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
