**Job Description Summary**The Strategic Marketing Leader is a key member of the Wind Product Management General Manager’s staff. This positions leads a global team responsible for understanding market dynamics, conducting multi-scenario analytics, and providing competitive insights. In addition, the role leads the multi-year strategy development process and product sustainability.**Job Description****Essential Responsibilities**+ Partner with customers and cross-functional leaders to assess markets and develop new product investment options+ Lead the team in conducting detailed analytics on customer proforma’s, PPA’s, and other relevant market data+ Ensure that target countries are identified and have competitive multi-generational product plans connected to the business strategy+ Own competitive intelligence and understand product competitiveness at the component, turbine, and plant level+ Leverage data and insights to develop forward looking views on competitive landscape+ Lead tollgate 1 (identifying market needs) and tollgate 2 (evaluating product options) across a large global business portfolio+ Lead the multi-year strategy development process+ Develop and own the product sustainability strategy, KPI’s, and operating rhythm+ Attract talent, development team, and foster an environment of strong engagement and accountability+ Personally lead and mentor the team in continuous improvement activities and operationalizing standard workGE offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation.
