This includes preparing proposal, presentation, and communication materials and coordinating the distribution of internal and external marketing information.**What You’ll Do**+ Creation of marketing materials (Offering Memorandums, Pitchbooks, Flyers, Brochures etc.) for properties using Adobe InDesign software, CBRE Deal Flow (a property-specific website shared with potential buyers), and Liquid Galaxy (a general data visualization tool used for presentations and marketing)+ Creating and Updating Marketing Status Reports in Microsoft Excel+ Assist in due diligence coordination and documentation exchange between buyer and seller+ Support Sales team members in the implementation of business strategies.+ Serve as a point of contact for the sales team for information requests.+ Maintain and update marketing database systems, intranet, and external website.+ Assess and communicate difficult content in a concise and logical way.+ Capture documentation to complete voucher forms and process Brokers commission payments.+ General Administration**What You’ll Need:**To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.+ Associate degree required with 3 years in an administrative role working with professionals and 2 years in the Real Estate industry. Active state real estate license preferred.+ Ability to present information to a large group of employees.+ Ability to calculate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions and conduct basic financial analysis. Must know how to abstract a lease.
