Description:Work with digital product managers to help develop, execute, and maintain digital marketing campaigns and plans for specified artist roster Assist creating and executing online advertising campaigns, including post-campaign ad reports Manage artist accounts and logins across specified roster using the Client password management tool Track relevant artist anniversaries, holidays, events, birthdays, etc. for campaign brainstorming Oversee social, website, and link optimizations (verifications, sounds, boosts, Beacons, Linkfire, etc) Oversee internal/external content requests, uploads, and asset management (video cutdowns, banners, pre-order/available now assets, ad assets, liners, stickers, GIF's, etc.) Work as the main liaison with Client college team to launch single/video/album initiatives Work with third parties to create interactive pages, filters, and other AR/VR content Manage partner pages as necessary to ensure updated links, videos, bios, video descriptions and imaging Track performance trends across partner platforms and make recommendations to artist teams Create presentation decks and documents for campaigns, promotions and company pitches Brainstorm and aid in the creation and development of new label initiatives and platforms Work cross-departmentally on various company and brand activations Pull analytics and social data for brand partnerships post-campaign reports Oversee data acquisition campaigns, promotions, uploads, and procurement cadence for optimal success Create and manage content for official Client Nashville and specified artist websites as needed Assist in the weekly Client Nashville newsletter and SMS messaging creation and distribution Assist in the marketing of Client Nashville merchandise and label/artist e-commerce websites Help maintain growth strategies for all email lists, CRM, and SMS campaigns Coordinate meetings and correspondence with internal teams, third party partners, and influencers Facilitate SOW and final contracts for third party agencies and influencers Operate as a liaison with the research and reporting department to track and provide analytics Process department invoices and expense reports as the main liaison with accounts payable Coordinate travel and/or communication with artists, contest winners and staff on an as-needed basis Oversee influencer and contest winner ticket requests via the Client ticket portal Develop new distribution strategies and long-term goals/plans to overcome obstacles and competition Other duties and responsibilities as assignedSkills:Knowledge in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite, and graphic design preferred Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively within a fast-past environment Ability to carry out projects/tasks with limited supervision Strong organizational and computer skills A passion for working in the music industryEducation:College Degree, Certificate, or equivalent work experienceSkills and ExperienceSkills:RequiredDIGITAL MARKETING CORRESPONDENCE CONTRACTS INVOICES LIAISONAdditionalDATA ACQUISITION ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ARBIOSIMAGINGSMS ASSET MANAGEMENT DIGITAL CAMPAIGNSOW MARKETING ADVERTISING GRAPHIC DESIGN VIRTUAL REALITY CRMLanguages: English (Speak, Read, Write)Minimum Degree Required:Bachelor's Degree**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.****Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**Benefits:For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visithere .
