E fficient in how he or she approaches their role at Green Brick Partners.The Digital Content Specialist will focus on the creation and distribution of engaging content for all digital platforms including web, social media, email and paid advertising, and will assist with development of other creative assets to support marketing and sales initiatives and meet business goals.Responsibilities:Graphic DesignCreate graphical elements for use in a broad array of marketing channels and initiatives, including (but not limited to) collateral, social media, digital assets, websites, events, and buyer-facing communications.Social MediaWork with digital marketing manager on social media content creation each month for all brands.Assist with writing captions and uploading posts into Sprout Social.Bring new ideas for digital content.Assist with monitoring and responding to comments and messages for each platform.Email MarketingAssist in creating, scheduling and sending emails for all brands through Sales Force marketing cloud.Coordinate with external 3rd party sites for realtor email communications.WebsiteCreate website graphics and assist with updates for all brands.Assist with blog content creation.Monitor website inboxes and assist with general lead inquiries and responses.Assist with other general marketing department support as required.Authority/Budget/Decision Making/Discretion and Independent Judgment Ability:

N/AQualifications:Education:Bachelors or equivalent degree in communications or related field (advertising, public relations, journalism, digital media arts, etc.).Experience:2-5 years of experience in graphic design, web design, and content creation required.Experience working across multiple digital platforms.Competencies:Advanced skills in InDesign, PhotoShop and Adobe ProfessionalStrong copywriting skills with emphasis on social media, email marketing and blogsSprout, Hootsuite or other social media management knowledgeSales Force Marketing Cloud experience or ability to quickly learn CRM-specific software and marketing automation platforms.Intermediate skills in MSOffice Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointKnowledge and experience in website maintenance software: WordPress, Builder Cloud or related softwareHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to maintain good relationships with vendors and internal departmentsPossess analytical problem-solving and multi-tasking skillsBe able to work and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environmentPhysical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for 4 hours straight or up to a full 8-hour day; sit for extended periods; kneel and bend at the waist; walk up and down stairs; walk on unlevel terrain; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision ability required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and peripheral vision.Location:
