Job Description SummaryAs a Marketing Specialist working for Taylor Morrison you will be working with the Area Marketing Director ensuring that the customers' needs are met whilst maximizing the profits of the company. You will assist in coordination and execution of all corporate marketing activities in an efficient and effective manner by providing creative, analytical, organizational, and coordination support.

Job DetailsWe trust that as a Marketing Specialist you will: (responsibilities)Assist with any and all tasks as assigned to provide support to implement all marketing programsManage all website information with all site sources including, but not limited to, static and interactive floor plans, interactive site maps, pricing, community information, directions, photo galleries and other data as well as coordinate monthly web auditsAssist Marketing Manager with coordination of all digital and social media initiativesManage the schedule and execution of Emails/E-blasts and work with Marketing Manager to track success of programsAssist with the production, planning and staffing of special projects and eventsAssist Sales team with marketing requests and troubleshootingAdminister collateral as needed and maintain all collateral supplies including but not limited to floor plans and interactive site mapsCoordinate the setup of new sales offices, the interactive sales office (ISO) and model home experience itemsAssist with the production, planning and staffing of events, Grand Openings, etc.Responsible for ordering, coordinating, and installation of model exterior signage, entrance signage, and off-site signageProvide required information to the Marketing Manager for development of marketing programs, collateral, etc.Schedule, gather, organize and maintain visual assets (model and community photography, virtual tours, matterport tours, floor plan and community videos, etc.)Present Marketing Manager with regular traffic, web analytic and other reportsCommunicate all marketing initiatives to sales & marketing management as well as the sales teamMaintain and organize project files, budgets, spreadsheets and other project resources as requiredYou are willing to perform other duties as assignedWhat you will need: (competencies, behaviors & attributes)Creative/InnovativeCritical ThinkingDetail OrientedPassionPersistenceSense of UrgencyAbout you:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field or 3-4 years of marketing experienceYou are proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications as well as have savvy computer skills with Photoshop experience as a plusYou are a strong in communication skills both oral and written as well as strong in organization skillsYou are customer service oriented and believe customer is number one priorityYou understand the need to be flexible and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlinesFLSA Status: ExemptThis position is considered an exempt position for purposes of wage-hour law, which means that you will not be required to keep a time record and will not be eligible for overtime pay.Will have responsibilities such as:Office or non-manual work, which is directly related to management or general business operationsAct as a primary component of which involves the exercise of independent judgment and discretion about matters of significanceEssential Functions:Successful job applicants will be able to perform these functions.
