Mower is a fiercely independent full-service advertising, marketing and public relations firm with more than 12 locations across the United States. We are currently seeking a creative supervisor who will oversee all production processes and high-level principles of production. This individual must ensure the quality of production reflects the highest standards for creative excellence across all mediums, including broadcast/video, experiential, digital, and print.
As a creative supervisor, you’ll become a lead art director our clients and teams can rely on. Must be able to juggle tasks and deadlines across multiple brands and serve as a role model and mentor for other creatives on staff.

Concept and create work that inspires othersBe the “go-to” art director for your accounts and teamsConfidently sell your work both internally and externallyPartner with a wide range of art directorsDevelop, hone and maintain tone of voice for multiple accountsReview and guide more junior writers on staffManage multiple projects and timelinesContribute to new business pitchesEducational Requirements & Qualifications
8+ years of agency experience art directing advertising/marketing materialsBachelor’s Degree in art, graphic design, or a related fieldA portfolio and/or broadcast reel that clearly showcases your thinking and craftsmanshipDesire to mentor and train creative talent to enhance skills and performanceA proven track record of creative judgement and successful client contactExcellent communication and presentation skillsProficiency with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and KeynotePassion, energy, and a can-do attitude
Salary Range: $70,250 - $120,000 annually
*Salary differential is based on seniority, merit, education, training and experience
