Overview:
The Graphic Designer supports brand growth by using the elements in our Brand Book in combination with their own creative vision to bring to life marketing and brand campaigns that are eye-catching and alluring. This role will primarily serve Born Primitive Tactical and Born Primitive Outdoor, two niched brands within Born Primitive. The Graphic Designer must have a strong attention to detail and be able to provide a portfolio website with examples of their past work.
Essential Job Function:
Create and design a variety of graphic elements for marketing/advertising efforts across channels including social media, email, and websiteEnsure projects are completed on time at high qualityPrioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictionsPerform retouching and manipulation of imagesWork with a wide range of media and have fluency in Adobe Creative SuiteCollaborate with team on creative concepts and campaign launchesDesired Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Equivalent Work Experience or Associate’s Degree with Commensurate Work Experience1-2 years of Graphic Design ExperienceProficient with Adobe Creative SuiteProficient with FigmaEcommerce Experience (Preferred)Interests and/or Experience in Tactical, First Responder, Outdoor industriesProficient with UX/UI (Preferred)Physical Requirements:
This is a primarily sedentary position, however, standing desks are available for use. Associates may occasionally climb stairs, bend, stoop, walk, lift up to 10 lbs, and crouch as needed. Rarely associates in this position may be asked to push/pull up to 50 lbs, work in extreme conditions (heat/cold), and/or travel on a voluntary basis.
