Marketing Analyst

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older upon employment.• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, finance, or related field• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills required• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong Word and Access skills are a plus• Must possess strong Excel knowledge specializing in working in formulas, charts, and pivot tables.• Excellent judgment and decision making skills; ability to work independently• Must possess familiarity with statistical methodologies and their application.• Must be a self-motivator• Must be detail and result oriented• Possess excellent math, statistical and technical financial analytical skills• Knowledge of Financial/Accounting software, budgeting software, Excel spreadsheets, and Access. Experience with gaming systems a plus.• Professional appearance standards• Must possess excellent communication skills.• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.• Ability to write routine correspondence and to speak effectively to the public, employees and customers.• Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the customers and employees.• Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.• Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid gaming license.• Work nights, weekends and holidays as required.• Employment is contingent upon a favorable outcome of a background investigation and drug screening
