Designer
in our Nashville, Tennessee market. The
Designer
will be a part of a team environment as a member of one of our construction site communities.Do you have a passion for Design?Do you love working in a team environment?Are you an outgoing, socially poised person who excels at building relationships?Do you thrive when each day is different, holds new challenges, and multitasking is a necessity?Can you follow a proven system and checklist to produce work that is accurate and on time?We are looking for a design and customer service-minded team player! This role requires someone who will take ownership of the customer experience and who can guide homeowners to create a beautiful and well-designed new home. Additionally, we’re looking for someone who constantly strives to surpass expectations, delivering world-class customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to focus on multiple tasks at once and possess keen attention to detail to ensure all tasks are completed accurately.
Responsibilities:
Lead design appointmentsDeliver WOW through world-class customer serviceRun and schedule appointmentsWalk all homes under construction and check installationsProvide updates to homeowners throughout the construction processProduce accurate and timely paperworkQualifications:
High school diploma2-3 years design field and/or customer service experience highly preferredAssociate’s or bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPrior customer service experience in the retail home furnishing industry, home improvement retailer, or furniture and décor retailer is highly preferred
