Marketing Specialists are responsible for:Responds to marketing requests from internal departments for support of emails, webinars, training, presentations, collateral and events; gathers and distributes materials and maintains inventory. Helps to prioritize and communicate with requestors. Streamline marketing requests and produce a weekly status document of project timelinesAssist Marketing Director with executing marketing strategies and campaigns. Coordinates these efforts with internal and exteral partners.Maintain email and text databases with up-to-date contacts and lists; and coordinate sending weekly, monthly, and quarterly emails to referents, alumni and to stakeholders.Processes invoices by initiating and receiving against online purchase orders. Responsible for ordering office supplies as needed, and assists with processing expense reports. Works with the internal departments to setup new vendors.Provides content marketing support - as needed:Website, email marketing & social mediaMake edits to the company website

Perform other duties as assignedRequirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or a related field.Minimum of two years' experience in marketing or communications field .Knowledge of social media platforms, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. to post messages, articles and news releases.Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and familiarity with internet applicationsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to use database, such as Salesforce, to export data for mass communications. Knowledge of HubSpot a plus.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Analytical abilities to monitor marketing campaigns, identify and report on trends.Ability to respond to emails and voice mail.High attention to detail and accuracy.Able to work in a fast-paced work environment.Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 10 - 20 pounds to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects such as files and other office materials.Ability to speak and communicate effectively in person or by telephone in order to gather and exchange information and provide direction.Ability to type and proofread documentation.Ability to respond to telephone calls, emails, social media posts and hear speech.May be required to stoop and bend when handling computer equipment, troubleshooting system problems, etc.Ability to check and verify data and error messages from printed form and computer monitor display.Ability to use a keyboard and monitor display to enter, retrieve and/or audit information and data.Occasional travel to assist with the coordination of events.Able to work in a fast-paced work environmentWork Environment:

Works in an office or clinical environment where there are relatively few discomforts due to dust, dirt, noise and the like.
