The Role

TIME is seeking a dynamic and visionary Manager of Brand and Creative Strategy to spearhead the evolution of branded content across all platforms. You will work to help evolve branded content at TIME as well as help to establish the TIME brand strategy through all touchpoints against consumers, and clients. In your role, you will lead creative strategy for the Red Border team, which will include the creation of a variety of branded ideas to take into the marketplace, social strategy, and play a contributing role in implementing our brand strategy.

Red Border, a division of TIME Studios, the award-winning branded content studio for TIME, creates visually inspiring brand stories that provoke thought, compel curiosity and spark conversations through the lens of TIME.

Responsibilities:

Brand Leadership:

Lead the creative ideation process to develop custom content offerings for TIME’s Red Border partners. You are a big thinker with unique, executable ideas that work within established budgets.Creative Vision:

Align the TIME voice by creating custom content in partnership with external companies, leveraging all Red Border creative resources to create truly custom solutions.Ability to Create with Precision:

Bring campaigns to life! Lead the creative team in producing exceptional content and campaigns that align with the brand's identity and target audience. Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the organization.Business Growth:

Partner with a sales team to drive revenue growth through the development and execution of branded content partnerships. Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the brand's values.Qualifications:

5-7 years of marketing experience in some combination of brand strategy, branded content, innovation consulting, and strategic planning.Played an active leadership role within a branded content studio, agency, or the equivalent and been a partner on client initiatives.Collaborated with clients and internal partners with a proven track record to solve brand challenges with thoughtful and innovative solutionsAdvocated for brands, understanding their intrinsic value, and establishing that value with both internal and external stakeholders.Used insights to drive more thoughtful and meaningful work, helping to ground ideas and thinking in data and trends.Strong experience in using social media to help drive your business forward, testing and learning to understand how to best connect with consumers.Who you are:

Location:

This is a hybrid role. Eligible candidates for the role must be within a commutable distance of TIME’s New York City office upon hire and may be expected to be physically present as needed (typically 3 days/week).
