Position Summary:

IQ Fiber is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist (Paid Media) who will implement our digital performance marketing strategy through paid search, social media, display, and media buying channels. This role's key objective is to optimize paid media channels to drive awareness, generate online traffic, and gain new customers within network coverage areas. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Execute and grow paid media strategy across various channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and OTT/Streaming Platforms.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize key performance indicators (KPIs): impressions, click-through rate, conversion rate, and cost per click.Implement and manage a testing roadmap to learn from and optimize paid media channels.Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.Collaborate with the content team to ensure paid media aligns with overall content strategy.Optimize campaign budgets across different platforms to maximize ROI.Stay updated on emerging paid media platforms and technologies, evaluating their potential for the company.Develop and implement retargeting strategies to re-engage potential customers.Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to continuously improve performance.Coordinate with external agencies and vendors.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, or related fieldExceptional knowledge of SEM and Paid Media strategies and industry best practices; experience with ad buying is a plusCustomer-centric mindset with the ability to understand target consumer perspectivesStrong analytical skills with experience in marketing analyticsExcellent project management skills, attention to detail, and a "no task too small" mentalityExperience with digital marketing analytics tools and platformsProficiency in managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple platformsStrong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs)Experience in developing and implementing testing strategies for paid media channelsExperience in ROI optimization across different platformsFamiliarity with retargeting strategies and audience segmentationExperience with A/B testing methodologies for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segmentsStrong collaborative skills
