How You Will Achieve It

Build and manage a team of seasoned product creative and advertising experts that sets the strategic direction, vision and standards for Biopharma product creative and advertising across global patient and healthcare provider audiences to drive superior creative performance and excellence.Drive pull-through and adoption of new Pfizer brand equity strategy and approach within the global product portfolio via inspiration, engagement and excellence in delivery.Lead and manage global creative governance process that ensures consistency, application of best practices and excellence in product advertising and approves new creative campaigns.Lead the development of new advertising and creative for priority and launch products and high visibility product programs, including overseeing production, creative concepting and testing.Partner with analytics teams to develop creative performance hurdles and oversee creative measurement ensuring both external agencies and product marketers are adhering to creative and quality standards and driving continuous improvement.Serve as key partner to centralized agency partners and internal operations teams to scale new creative and brand standards across the global marketing organization and ensure that content is meeting quality standards.Engage and partner with Biopharma marketing leadership to ensure that advertising and creative strategies effectively support business strategies and goals.Inspire and create a high-performance team culture, inclusive of partnership model with Global and US product marketers, that foster creativity, collaboration and a drive for results.Qualifications

Nice-to-Have

20+ years experience in product marketing, with robust understanding of biopharmaceutical industry and the external and internal Business Environment.Demonstrated experience and industry recognition in driving creative excellence and breakthrough campaigns for products.Proven track record of delivering direct to consumer campaigns that build brand equity, product consideration, and business impact.Has successfully led advertising and creative for products across different lifecycles and therapeutic areas.Inspirational leader that has driven new innovations and ways of working within a large matrixed organization - has aptitude for convincing others of the value of their ideas and forging strong sense of connection between the team and other departments.Ability to manage diverse multi-disciplinary teams spread over multiple functions and geographies.Ability to engage agency leadership and creative directors to drive inspiration and compelling new ways to connect with customers.Expert ability to translate business goals and customer insights into creative strategies and campaigns.Excellent communication and people engagement skills, including strong executive presence and ability to interact and influence effectively with all levels of the organization.Strong business acumen with ability to link creative strategy to commercial metrics and convey insights to peers.Role model for the PFE Values (Courage, Excellence, Equity and Joy).Well versed with the Pfizer organization, particularly with Biopharma and enabling/partner functions.Possess a high energy level, sense of urgency, creativity, decisiveness, ability to work hard and well under pressure.Last Day to Apply:

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $232,300.00 to $387,200.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 30.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
