As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for bringing our innovation portfolio of products to market and ensuring adoption of these solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product leads, agencies, and partnerships lead to ensure the successful execution of campaigns that surround these efforts. The ideal candidate is consumer-centric, data-driven, and has a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

This is a new role within Biopharma CMO organization, reporting to the Consumer Innovation Lead. Success in this role will include the successful scaling of proven disruptive innovation to achieve our aspiration to be the best marketers of science and technology and to make Pfizer the most trusted brand.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

The Consumer Innovation Product Marketing Manager will develop consumer insights, strategies, and execute campaigns, messages, tactics, and a comprehensive consumer marketing plan that will ensure successful innovation product launches and landings.

GTM Strategy and Planning:

Create consumer strategy, campaign, positioning, messaging & launch plan for all innovation portfolio products in collaboration with product, creative, and brand teams.

Collaborate and align with the therapeutic areas to uncover, scale best practices, and drive synergies across the portfolio.

Develop strategy & advertising to key cohorts for consumer messaging to increase product adoption among these audiences.

Launch Readiness and Campaign Management:

Ensure consumer material/claims/messaging are aligned with the brand strategic position, address unmet consumer needs, and differentiate vs competition, where applicable.

Lead GCMA / MLR process for the innovation portfolio ensuring compliance and alignment with key stakeholders.

Partner with CMO Media team and agency partners to execute the plan and continuously extract key insights from business intelligence tools to manage performance of the campaigns to fine-tune activation.

Lead the consumer innovation agency and promotional budget. Manage and prioritize investments and trade-offs across the portfolio.

Lead leadership deliverables and presentations, including developing and providing routine updates on consumer marketing metrics and campaign performance.

Collaboration and Partnership:

Serve as marketing point for product teams, agency teams, and partners for all launch & scale campaigns.

Partner with channel and technology partners to collaborate to jointly promote these solutions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree

10+ years of experience in Marketing including product launches and successful campaign executions.

Documented ability to effectively engage with stakeholders to drive behavior change.

Strong business acumen including demonstrated strategic marketing and analytical thinking skills.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team and lead colleagues outside of a direct reporting relationship through influence and persuasion.

An absolute commitment to adherence to all applicable compliance rules and regulations.

Fosters a culture of collaboration and teamwork across functional teams.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $149,200.00 to $248,600.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
