As a foundational member of this team, we are looking for an innovative leader to take on the unique opportunity to shape and own the MarTech vision for both businesses at a global scale. We are seeking a data-driven, organized and passionate individual who has a proven track record in building and managing the strategy for the operational infrastructure and tools to support world-class marketing execution.You are the ideal candidate if you can:Work at both the strategic and tactical level to champion bold, innovative automation, creating and communicating a vision for long- and short-term marketing operations requirementsLeverage automation to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at rapid paceManage complex roadmaps gracefully and balance contending priorities in a rapidly changing environmentCollaborate closely with technical teams, marketing and communication stakeholders, and international counterparts to deliver tools and templates that can scale globallyBasic qualificationsCertified in Pardot, Marketo or similar Marketing Automation platformsProject delivery experience with MarTech, lead management, content management systems, digital experience platforms, and/or demand generation operations (e.g. integrating new 3rd party tools, migrating CRM or marketing automation platforms)Experience with central sales tools (e.g. Salesforce) and/or marketing automation systems (e.g. Pardot/Marketo), including setting up end-to-end Marketing Automation data flows.Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvementsPreferred qualificationsProject management skills with track record of delivering on-time, within-budget initiatives that meet and achieve goalsMotivated self-starter who flourishes with working in ambiguous, complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving businessFamiliarity with SQL; experience with analytical tools such as Tableau and ability to dive deep into and create metrics and reportingStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple parallel projects and deliver quality releases on scheduleKey job responsibilitiesIdeate and execute comprehensive MarTech strategy and roadmap, managing the lifecycle of the MarTech stackOwn and establish best practices for marketing technology infrastructure, including database/lead management, data hygiene and enrichment, system governance, campaign creation, reporting, and integrations with first-party and third-party systemsDevelop technology solutions that enable customer segmentation and personalization at scaleIdentify opportunities for automating ingestion of data into and out of marketing toolsTrain and support Marketing team members, developing best practices and materials to standardize and scale campaign activationsWork closely with cross-functional teams to enable mutual roadmaps that ensure smooth project delivery and management, including integrated reporting between related tools (e.g. into Salesforce)A day in the life

You will guide strategy and solutions for improvements to existing tools and platforms, drive integrations with other internal teams’ data (e.g. Salesforce), and implement best practices that improve marketing attribution, lead management processes and data availability across team.
