Position Summary

Museum of the Bible is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager/ Director to join our growing Marketing team. This role has two main facets: It is highly strategic and requires a very analytical mindset. It also requires an in-depth understanding of digital marketing practices to make data actionable.

He or she will help set up and optimize MOTB’s digital marketing program across paid and owned channels including web, e-commerce, social media, email, and SEO. The ideal candidate is an equally strategic and analytical, positive, and forward-thinking team player who is passionate about all digital marketing disciplines and can identify with MOTB’s mission statement.

Duties & Responsibilities

Strategize and Implement Digital Marketing EffortsCollaborate with CMO, Marketing leadership team and agency to increase attendance to the museum by raising brand awareness and engagement on MOTB’s channels, such as web, app, social, email, and paid media.Utilize CRM data (Salesforce) for audience segmentation and targeting through digital engagement pathways.Improve content engagement in collaboration with communications director by driving editorial strategy tailored to audience profiles.Reporting and Performance Analysis

Generate reports with key metrics on digital marketing initiative's performance, including Google Analytics, paid search, video, paid social, and SEO.Analyze campaign performance and translate findings into future actionable improvements.Advise agencies and internal stakeholders on data-driven strategy.Team Coordination and Organization

Manage or build the email, web and application team and ensure alignment of digital strategies within the larger marketing team and across internal partners such as IT.Work with Sales team on the creation and implementation of event ticketing on the website working with the creative team, ticketing specialist and IT to optimize the customer journey and revenue.Education

Bachelor's degree in advertising, Marketing, or Digital Field preferred.

Champion our mission to invite all people to engage with the transformative power of the Bible.3+ years of related experience.Demonstrable experience with SEO, CRM, and digital marketing.Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Office, and Email management tools.Experience with Salesforce a plus.Innovative thinker who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Paid social media and digital advertising expertise.Ability to execute and analyze drip marketing campaigns.Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills are a must.
