Pay Range: $24.37 - $32.54The Multimedia Designer is responsible for developing, designing, and executing materials for a variety of media in support of department and company strategic goals, in collaboration with internal team members, business partners, and external vendors. They will ensure the overall brand identity is maintained by adhering to brand guidelines and help drive consistency across all assets and lines of business, while maintaining organization and meeting deadlines. Design and production responsibilities include print, social media, website layout, digital creative, multimedia video, and additional marketing communications for a wide variety of projects. The successful candidate should possess a willingness to accept feedback and be open to new ways of problem-solving.Education and Experience:+ Associates degree and 3 years industry related experience with a focus on social media and video editing/motion graphics or equivalent combination of education and experienceSkills and Abilities:+ Thorough understanding of design fundamentals with demonstrated creative problem-solving skills.+ Highly collaborative and ability to work well within a team.+ Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator), and other relevant design tools.+ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.+ Adaptability – manages competing demands, changes approaches or methods to best fit the situation, and can handle frequent changes, delays, or unexpected projects.+ Ability to operate production equipment including in-house digital color printer and trimming equipment; training to be provided.+ Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Azure DevOps, Figma, Adobe XD, Campaign Monitor, Microsoft 365, and audio production a plus.Tasks Performed:+ 50% Design: Working within corporate brand standards, collaborates with Marketing and internal business partners to develop creative solutions to enhance print and electronic content, promotional campaigns and communications to deliver optimal multi-channel customer experience. Design layouts and graphic assets for print, social media, website, email, video, and more.+ 25% Social Media, Motion Graphics, Web, Digital Experience: Supports social media content strategies and apply user-centered design principles to create engaging assets for various social channels. Assists with maintenance of content on responsive company website, to be managed through website content management system. Supports email campaign development. Develops visual assets for messaging to be promoted on digital displays.+ 15% Marketing Operations: Digital image and project file management and maintenance. Effectively documents work in progress in project management system or other project-specific records. Regularly assists with Compliance approval process.+ 5% Vendor Interaction: Maintains positive working relationship with Marketing vendors. Communicates proactively on assignments. Prepares and delivers production files to vendors and reviews proofs in a timely manner.
