This is an ONSITE role in Charlotte, NCAs a Sr. IT Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving our IT systems to drive operational efficiency and innovation. Your expertise in IT analysis and project leadership will be instrumental in identifying areas for improvement and offering solutions to address business challenges. By staying current with emerging IT trends and technologies, you will contribute to the organization's technology roadmap and maintain our competitive edge as a global technology leader.You will report directly to our Director IT -- Marketing Technologies, within the Commercial and Customer experience organization and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location. In this role, you will impact the organization by analyzing complex IT systems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and leading high-impact IT projects. Your work will enhance operational efficiency, drive innovation, and contribute to the organization's technology roadmap.Key Responsibilities:+ Analyze complex IT systems, processes, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.+ Lead high-impact IT projects, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams like data analytics, technology, marketing, sales, finance, commercial & customer experience to drive successful outcomes.+ Provide expert guidance on IT strategy, offering solutions to address business challenges+ Utilize data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency and enable data-informed decision-making.+ Stay current with emerging IT trends and technologies, contributing to the organization's technology roadmap.+ Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather IT requirements and align IT solutions with business needs+ Conduct in-depth IT assessments, and risk analysis, and recommend strategies to mitigate vulnerabilities.YOU MUST HAVE+ 5+ years of experience in IT analysis, project leadership, or related roles with exposure and familiarity with Marketing, Analytics, and Sales Technology+ Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.+ Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.+ Strong communication and collaboration abilities.+ Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends.WE VALUE+ Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.+ Relevant industry certifications.+ Experience with project management methodologies.+ Innovation-driven mindset.+ Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.+ Passion for staying at the forefront of IT trends.+ Demonstrated leadership in Marketing and Sales or Customer Experience technology innovation and process improvement.+ Strong research, communication, and presentation skills.ABOUT HONEYWELLHoneywell International Inc.
