Already a Fortune 100 company, you will lead our efforts in designing and maintaining Honeywell and its brand assets across the industries.Key responsibilities:Lead a team that oversees Honeywell’s brand, creative, visuals, events, branding in customer experience centers. This role includes:Creating and executing a multi-phased plan to expand our brand among customers, shareholders and new business opportunities and initiativesCollaboration with cross-functional teams and strong leadership skills will be key in launching new products and initiatives.Developing a strategy to incorporate our brand promise and pillars across all customer-facing marketing and communication channels.Work with cross-functional teams in the campaign planning process to ensure consistency in use of brand and its positioning.Managing (and governing) our Brand Guidelines across the companyDirectly managing and developing a global team and budgets; and matrix leadership and managementDirecting agencies and contractors related to brand activitiesOperational Excellence – constantly improving scale, optimization and productivityCoaching and training Honeywell employees about the brandPartnering with Analytics to deepen understanding of our customer and factors that build trust and brand affinity and the tools to measure, analyze and optimize efforts and identify impact and opportunities for brand improvementYOU MUST HAVE:10+ years of working in a fast-paced, high-volume corporate or agency environment10+ years of experience in brand marketing and strategy, advertising and/or marketing planning along with proven demand-generation and campaign executionExperience and familiarity with key marketing platforms and tools, including Adobe, Workfront, Salesforce and MarketoWE VALUEFortune 500 work experience in marketingBachelor’s degree in business or marketingAbility to thrive within an organization with a degree of ambiguity and fast pace; organizational aptitude and ability to multi-task and manage a high-volume, high-visibility function3 years managing a global brandCreative thinking and problem-solving abilitiesStrong leadership and team management skillsAbility to adapt to changing market trendsExperience managing a decentralized, global teamA “win and have fun” and inventive spirit and approach to work and projectsA commitment to shared successHoneywell is an equal opportunity employer.
