Job DescriptionOur client is seeking skilled and experienced UX Designers to join their Human Centered Design Group to innovate Digital Solutions and build the future of healthcare. This team is driven by a passion for improving colleague experiences and empowering healthcare professionals.As a UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience for our many colleague-facing experiences. You will collaborate closely with pharmacy SMEs, product managers, engineers, and researchers to understand user needs, iterate on designs, and ensure a seamless and intuitive experience for our users.Compensation:$40/hr to $60/hrExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Strong understanding of UX design principles and methodologies, including user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design.Experience with user research methods (interviews, usability testing, A/B testing, etc.) and familiarity with data analysis techniques to inform design decisions and measure impact.Genuine interest in improving healthcare through innovative digital solutions and a commitment to leveraging technology to create positive change.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in stakeholder management and the ability to advocate for UX best practices across disciplines. - Extensive Research Experience- Tech Knowledge and or background- Ability to show a well curated and designed Portfolio- Experience working within BrandingUX Design/ Graphic Design Degree nullWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
