We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Researcher to join our UX Design team to help us build the future of healthcare.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced UX Researcher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will primarily lead qualitative usability research efforts for our colleague-facing software products. You will play a critical role in understanding the needs, behaviors, and pain points of our colleagues, translating research into actionable insights that drive the design and development of intuitive and impactful software solutions.Key Responsibilities+ Lead and conduct user research, including usability tests, user interviews, contextual inquiries, diary studies, and usability testing.+ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define research goals and objectives.+ Develop research plans, recruit participants, and create research materials such as discussion guides and usability test scripts.+ Analyze and synthesize qualitative data to uncover deep insights about user needs, behaviors, and pain points.+ Communicate research findings through clear and compelling presentations, reports, and personas to inform and influence design and product decisions.+ Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure the voice of the user is represented throughout the product development lifecycle.+ Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging methodologies in UX research and healthcare technology.+ Lead and manage the user research team’s workstream and deliverables+ Mentor and provide guidance to junior researchers and team members as needed.Requirements+ Professional Experience: 3+ years in user experience research, with a strong focus on leading and executing qualitative research studies, analyzing data, and presenting findings.+ Figma Proficiency: 2+ years of experience with using research tools and software such as Miro, UserTesting, Userlytics, Maze, Adobe Analytics, Dovetail, or similar.+ Technical Proficiency: 3+ years of performing user research on digital products, ideally within the healthcare, health-tech, or fin-tech industries. Strong understanding of UX research principles and methodologies.Ideal Qualities+ User Research and Data Analysis Skills: Experience with user research methods (interviews, usability testing, A/B testing, etc.) and familiarity with data analysis techniques to inform design decisions and measure impact.+ Figma Skills: Proficiency with Figma, with an ability to create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups for testing and user feedback.+ Passion for Health-tech: Genuine interest in improving healthcare through innovative digital solutions and a commitment to leveraging technology to create positive change.+ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in presenting research findings to stakeholders and the ability to advocate for UX best practices across disciplines.EducationBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
