If you’re innovative and enjoy the thrill of making things happen - share our vision and grow with us.About the position:Raymond is seeking a dynamic and experienced Instructional Designer with a proven track record in leveraging instructional design methodologies, collaborating with subject-matter experts and functional managers, creating effective learning solutions, and delivering engaging instructor-led training. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing training programs and materials, creating comprehensive training assets such as manuals, guides, multimedia content, and interactive modules, and conducting instructor-led and train-the-trainer sessions.You will:* Identify performance gaps and business needs to determine the appropriate learning solution* Organize and consult with cross-functional teams to streamline training initiatives and develop impactful learning solutions* Design, develop, and deliver customized training programs and materials that address the specific needs of the audience* Apply company brand and quality standards in design* Engage innovative methodologies as appropriate to each learning audience* Assess the effectiveness of training materials, identify areas for improvement, and tailor instruction to address and close identified gaps* Maintain training content and apply continuous improvement* Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars either in person or through online platforms* Organize and present information clearly to deliver engaging and effective presentations* Evaluate training solutions and respective deliverables to validate learner knowledge, skill transfer, and impact on business initiatives* Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and developments in the field* Leverage technology to produce quality training assets and engaging learning experiences, including e-learning, simulations, micro-learning, cluster learning, animation, etc.* Position will require travel up to 25%About the schedule:This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule after completing the training period.About you:* 2+ years of professional instructional design experience or related field with equivalent experience.* Strong presentation and facilitation skills are required to impart knowledge in a corporate setting effectively.* Convey complex information in an understandable manner through excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Possess an understanding of the material handling industry standards.* Possess in-depth knowledge of the technical subject matter to train others effectively.It would be great if you had:* 2+ years of experience conducting instructor-led training and train-the-trainer programs with a preference around delivering technical content.* Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or a relevant course of study.* Experience working in a manufacturing or technical environment is preferred.About the total compensation package:Salary - $60,400 - $75,000 per year.
