It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of Orlando, FL.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**+ Responsible for planning and scheduling layout resources for upcoming events+ Responsible for updating the Graphics Pipeline events with assigned resources, quarterly+ Assigns Passport Line items as directed.+ Daily management of the layout staff.+ Manage assignment workflow and follow up with Layout staff+ Acts as a liaison between Design, Detail and Graphic production.+ Processes and distributes approved Graphic Production Orders (GPO’s)+ Enters time daily in Workfront+ Approves Workfront timesheets for layout resources weekly+ Hiring and onboarding new resources+ Work with growth teams on scheduling of line item delivery+ Utilize layout experience as needed during busy times+ Perform yearly performance appraisals+ Performs other duties as assigned.**Education & Experience**+ Strongly Preferred 5 years experience in graphic layout+ Strongly preferred management/leadership experience+ Industry experience is a plus+ Create, produce, and manage a wide variety of visual communications (banners, signage, structural graphics)+ Utilize strong management/leadership skills in a team environment+ Utilize layout experience as needed during busy times**What We Offer**Freeman provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
