There are many ways to get involved, from Employee Resource Groups to local outreach.Here’s the Gist:In this role you will work with the Equipment Engineering, Thin Films team to install, configure, and maintain various semiconductor tools. This position will work a modified schedule of Tuesday - Saturday 8am - 5pm.The Day-to-Day:Conduct preventative maintenance (MTBPM), tool fingerprinting, and continuous improvement projects (CIPs) to meet tool availability goalsCreate and modify procedures and preventative maintenance specifications to increase tool availability and enhance training proceduresPartner with process engineering and production staff to improve overall quality metrics for the fab, scrap and rework reduction, and overall cost reductionCreate detailed tool configuration documentation, tool acceptance specifications, and assist with tool selection for capacity increases or process development/transferPresent technical data and project updates to peers and managementThis Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fieldUnderstanding of semiconductor processes and equipmentProficiency in technical writing and presentationsThis role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.The posted salary range is what Wolfspeed reasonably expects to pay for this position. Actual pay for a hired applicant will be determined based on the individual’s job-relevant qualifications, experience, and other determinative factors.
