Amazon MGM Studios also produces and acquires Original movies for theatrical release and exclusively for Prime Video, in addition to producing Original content for Freevee, Amazon's premium free streaming service.The Campaign Operations team is responsible for developing strategy, tools, and processes to scale operations for Amazon MGM Studios Marketing film and series campaigns, including how we deliver business to business to key partners like Prime Video and Amazon Ads, enabling Advertising Executives across the globe to leverage marketing materials to sell ad space.As the Senior Campaign Operations Integrated Planning Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Marketing Campaign Operations and design systems, improve existing solutions, and partner across teams to deeply understand processes and products across our Ads and Licensing business lines to drive efficiencies for our film and series marketing campaigns. You will work to enhance the quality of the marketing technology and data by implementing new features and troubleshooting complex issues. Exceptional communication skills to document and present technical concepts to various stakeholders will be key, as you navigate a rapidly growing, ambiguous environment while keeping the customer experience at the center of your work.The ideal candidate has proven success in gathering and synthesizing multi-team requirements into clear and attainable roadmaps that allow for the building of operational solutions at scale. They continually demonstrate tact and perseverance in cross-functional collaborations and are able to leverage or build clear communication streams and mechanisms that promote vertical and horizontal reporting within and outside of the Studios Marketing organization. The self-starter will need to deliver results at both the strategic and tactical levels, often in ambiguous, tool-agnostic and complex environments that require maturity, excellent judgment, and the ability to influence key stakeholders. Bias for action and strong, adaptive communication skills are musts in this role. The Senior Campaign Operations Integrated Planning Manager is expected to stay the course through process iteration while proactively identifying process gaps and opportunities to simplify and build efficiency.The role is hybrid with the current in-person requirement of 3 days per week reporting to the Culver City office (subject to change per company policy).Key job responsibilities- Manage campaign ops data governance, including Ads & Licensing lines of business and how to connect to 1P planning mechanisms.- Liaise with cross-functional teams, make tactical decisions, communicate strategy, and develop new tools.- Track schedules and key dates for delivery, amendments, start dates, options, etc.- Gather cross-functional requirements into clear roadmaps for scaling operational solutions.- Proactively identify process gaps and opportunities to improve efficiency.- Manage data fidelity by understanding business logic across Amazon Studios Marketing, Prime Video Marketing, Prime Video Ads and Licensed Content.- Troubleshoot user issues, optimize workflows across campaign management, creative services, marketing strategy, and asset management.- Document architecture and fields to ease learning and improve solution adoption.- Unearth partner preferences, pain points, and best practices to identify and expand products that enable their work.- Dive deep on Studios Marketing Operation priorities and anticipate needs.- Develop relationships with global business partners to ensure data connectivity and entry standards.- Lead operational activities in close coordination with Ads VP of Product Management.- Enable product frameworks and processes to support prioritization and launch.- Monitor and report on ads and licensing campaign performance and implement solutions. Manage budget and resource allocation.Basic Qualifications- 4+ years of experience in a marketing operations, digital advertising, or data management role, or related field- Experience developing and implementing marketing technology solutions- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with diverse teams (e.g., data, analytics, creative, strategy)- Experience building in Airtable and developing cross-functional project management tool enhancements- Experience with marketing/advertising platforms, ad operations, and owning roadmap strategy- Experience with data analysis, data visualization, and data reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau)- Understanding of data management principles, data quality assurance, and data governance- Familiarity with marketing campaign management processes and tools, as well as agile software development methodologies (e.g. Smartsheet familiarity)Preferred Qualifications- Experience in marketing asset development, including knowledge of asset tools, content security, metadata, avails, and other marketing considerations unique to the entertainment industry- Experience working with product and engineering teams- Experience with Bluescape, Miro, or equivalent- Program and/or project management certification- Passion for understanding languages, cultures, and preferences of worldwide customers- Experience in operations, supply chain, or relevant fields- Experience designing presentations and presenting to leadershipAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $93,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $199,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
