If you have a proven track record of success, a passion for winning, and a desire to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you.As a Digital Sales Operations & Communications Director, you will work in lockstep with our Senior Sales Leadership across multiple categories to deliver results, partnering directly with the customer and working across our internal teams.Strategic Planning and Execution+ Effective communication and strategic thinking skills. Knows how to simplify the complex problems.+ Proven experience leading/managing retailer joint business planning.+ Able to enroll and align internal and external stakeholders, including Executive Leadership, via exceptional written, oral, and visual communication skills.+ Effectively summarizes business results and scorecards to make recommendations based on insightsDigital Innovation and Transformation+ Develop and execute digital acceleration strategies aligned with business goals and accelerate the pace of growth.+ Identify and prioritizes digital innovation opportunities. Be willing to test & learn new concepts.+ Drive adoption of emerging technologies and digital strategies to enhance customer omni experience, including but not limited to, retail media, integrated search, social commerce, etc.+ Analyze data to optimize digital strategies and solutions.Operational Discipline and Project Management+ Knows how to work with deadlines and manage a critical path across cross-functional teams, even with tight project timelines.+ Self-starter with a bias for action, and demonstration of high personal capacity.+ Search & reapply across teams and business units for continual learning.Job Qualifications+ Bachelor's and/or Masters/MBA from an accredited university, preferably in a business-related discipline.+ Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant Sales, Sales Operations, or Communications+ Experience in the CPG industry preferred+ Proven experience developing & executing impactful digital acceleration strategies.+ Focus on consumer driven growth via defining sharp consumer insights and how they can influence the digital strategies for the brands.+ Shown success at deriving insight from data and successfully communicating those insights to drive action.+ Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive results and lead cross-functional teams.+ Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of making data-driven decisions.+ Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively persuade, influence, and adapt your communication style to various situations and individuals.+ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant computer applications, including additional Microsoft Suite and emerging technologies.+ A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required for the job.About UsWe produce globally recognized brands and we grow the best business leaders in the industry.
