Additional information about the company can be found at WhirlpoolCorp.com.**This role in summary**Whirlpool Corporation is seeking an Executive Producer, Studio for its in-house, award-winning creative agency and studio, WoW Studios. Our growing team of passionate and collaborative humans is focused on best-in-class advertising, storytelling, and consumer experience for all of Whirlpool’s brands including KitchenAid, Whirlpool, JennAir, Maytag, and Amana. We’re committed to increasing and elevating Whirlpool’s output of campaigns, content, design, experiences, and digital innovation across all consumer touchpoints (in-store, film, social, digital, experiential, etc).WoW Studios is located in the historic Reid Murdoch Building at the edge of Chicago’s Riverwalk and at Whirlpool’s Global Headquarters in Benton Harbor, MI.**_In this role, you will be responsible for managing the crew, equipment, and facilities for the development of all film/video content within the Studio. You’ll implement strategies to stay on schedule and budget while encouraging the crew to run smooth successful shoots. You’ll also be responsible to develop, direct, and produce film video shoots that position Whirlpool products, and the company as a whole, for all relevant audiences including consumers, employees, partners, investors, and the press._****Your responsibilities will include**+ Develop effective relationships with all departments and crews to ensure daily communication, troubleshoot issues, and potential delays.+ Attend all production-related meetings to ensure that the schedule is moving forward and/or specific issues are addressed and/or escalated.+ Run production meetings to ensure clear communication, dissemination of information, acknowledge accomplishments, and discuss challenges.+ Manage Studio team of line producers.+ Partner with cinematographers and support crew for developing video/film, and build strong relationships with post-production resources (producers, editors, CGI artists, etc).+ Manage relationships with outside vendors.+ Work with the Studio Director to ensure process, workflow, and budgets are tracked and managed.+ Oversight and accountability for quality control of all photography/video created within the team.+ Oversee technical operations of the photography/video production capability.+ Create, track, and maintain project and team budgets.**Preferred skills and experiences**+ Production, Advertising, Film Studio, Content, and/or Media Agency experience.+ 10+ years of experience in line production including content and/or advertising.+ Excellent organizational and communication skills.+ Can execute effective content and creative concepts.+ Can work across the department and collaborate with all teams.+ Solutions-oriented and resilient; approaches challenges and roadblocks with ideas.+ Technical problem-solving abilities.+ Excellent management skills to direct internal staff, outside vendors, and partners.+ Budget management and negotiation skills.+ Conflict resolution and mediation skills to arrive at the best solution for everyone.+ Knowledge of cinematography, lighting, camera, lenses, and sound equipment.**Additional information****Whirlpool’s Ways of Working**Our goal is to provide an environment that helps you bring your best to Whirlpool every day.
