Latham has the opportunity to grow significant revenue and share in the Fiberglass and Auto Cover segments with specific focus in Sand States, representing more than 60% of all new pool installations in the United States.Latham is seeking a Marketing Specialist to focus on driving brand awareness and conversion in these focused and concentrated areas including Florida, Texas, California, Arizona and Nevada.In this newly created role, the Marketing Specialist will work directly with the Fiberglass & Auto Cover Brand Manager and VP of Marketing to execute campaigns targeting homeowners in these focused regions and within master planned communities which represent significant new home construction. Scope will eventually expend to additional regions i.e. Texas and will require periodic travel within that region as well.Competency Requirements+ Strong cross-functional management skills with demonstrated ability to effectively utilize internal resources to meet project deadlines and objectives.+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to listen and assess customer needs, prioritize needs/requirements, and communicate them cross-functionally.+ Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally+ Strong relationship building skills to constructively foster relationships internally and externally.+ High level of motivation with the ability to operate as an individual and team contributor.
