As a member of the Corporate Communications team, this is a unique role with global reach and ample opportunities to work cross-functionally with Finance, Investor Relations, Corporate Brand, social media and Media Relations teams, the Office of the Corporate Secretary, the Office of the CEO, and business communicators on a regular basis.This role requires an understanding of the chemical industry, industry trends, Dow’s strategy and its business structure. A successful candidate will have strategic and critical thinking skills, strong writing skills, business/financial acumen, and the ability to effectively collaborate with global and diverse business, functional and geographic teams.Responsibilities+ Earnings and Key Investor Events: Collaborate on the development of quarterly earnings and investor-focused conference scripts, slides, press releases, Board of Directors materials and employee communications materials for earnings and other key conferences and events with investors.+ Investor Relations Digital Strategy: Own and maintain the Dow.com Investor Relations web presence, develop unique web-based solutions for signature publications, support in the development of special project microsites and manage content for Dow.com webpage refreshes.+ Dow’s Signature Reports and Publications: Lead a team across Investor Relations, Public Affairs, Office of the Corporate Secretary and others to design, develop and publish Dow’s Corporate Annual Report, Proxy and Annual Meeting materials, including supporting communications for proxy solicitation season.+ CFO and Investor Relations Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a social media strategy and create content to support CFO social media goals and retail investor engagement across leadership and enterprise social media platforms. Determine key metrics for success, measure and adapt throughout the year.+ Internal Financial Communications: Lead the creation and execution of an internal communications strategy supporting the Finance Leadership Team and Finance organization aligned to functional objectives and goals (functional announcements, employee communications/articles, training sessions, awards, webcasts, etc.).Qualifications+ A minimum of a bachelor's degreeor relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E6 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.+ A minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience.+ A minimum requirement for this position is the ability to work legally in the United States.
