Join us!**Job Description:**The Senior Visual Merchandising Specialist will own and execute the Nespresso Global Headquarter (HQ) visual strategy for all US-based Nespresso Retail Boutique stores. This role is a key part of the Retail customer experience in driving company results. This role will be responsible for spearheading the experience that includes visual journey and in-store customer experiences. The Senior Visual Merchandising Specialist will also be responsible for translating and localizing the HQ strategy to the US market, and creating the content for stores to self-service their quarterly visual sets/plans. You will liaise with marketing to ensure consistent branding and business acquisition to ensure alignment and support with campaigns and activations. This is a hybrid based opportunity.**Responsibilities:**_Visual Merchandising Standards_• Own Nespresso’s Visual Merchandising Guidelines and their adaptation to US market needs by boutique format.• Partner to ensure POS and Shopper activation strategies are implemented on brand in storeEnsure full compliance of all boutiques with Visual Merchandising guidelines through regular store visits and monthly reporting on gaps and progress vs standards.• Support in creating efficiencies with existing processes, improve visual merchandising implementation in boutiques, as well as cross-functional work-streams across Retail Operations, Product Marketing, Brand Communication and HQ.• Continually innovate merchandising strategy to support business needs and evolving demographics.• Complete a photo report after every visual change to be shared with Retail leadership Team and District Managers.• Maintain all price tag signage, videos and music through the 3rd party vendor and ordering website for the Store Managers._Retail Customer Journey Strategy_• Support forward-looking customer journey roadmap aligned by US Marketing & HQ Retail, incorporating customer insights, store feedback, and industry trends.• Implement customer experience requirements including signage, digital and interactive content, product displays and fixtures.• Collaborate on "Tasting program" by defining monthly priorities, creating relevant communication materials and assessing impact on conversion and limited-edition penetration.• Develop standard operating procedures, guidelines, best practices and processes for the retail customer journey._Lead Product and Campaign Activations for Retail_• Lead and guide retail teams in order to enable outstanding performance and build high employee engagement for campaign launches.• Partner with Marketing to create and execute a retail product & campaign launch calendar including Windows, In-store experience and merchandising, Tasting, Masterclass and employee engagement.• Coordinate ordering, delivery and installation of global campaigns.• Lead the briefing, internal alignment, execution and installation of local campaigns.• Communicate guidelines for every visual campaign with clear directions and photo instructions.• Schedule and communicate in a timely manor the timeframe for the installation of the new visuals and provide tracking information.• Work with Analytics & OMNI training teams on a post assessment summarizing business impact and boutiques feedback._Support New Store and Temporary Store Openings_• Work with HQ/Marketing/Retail Development for outside marketing materials, hoardings and mall approvals.• • Manage in-store prop and visual ordering (i.e. props, accessories, lightboxes).• • Provide in store Visual Guidelines, capsule wall, accessory tables, tasting bar, etc. in advance to openings.• • Support store opening activities cross functionally (i.e. CRM, Brand, eCommerce and Media).**Requirements:**• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.• 5+ years of professional work experience in Visual Merchandising or Marketing preferred.• 5+ years of experience in managing large financial budgets required.• Demonstrated fluency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.• Must have excellent communication (oral and written), organizational, presentation and stakeholder management skills (including the ability to develop and maintain strong, cross-functional stakeholder relationships).• Willing and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.• Must possess strong attention to detail, project management and time management skills.• Must be agile and able to multi-task/prioritize key tasks based on the needs of the team and the business.• Willing and able to travel up to and including 25% based on the needs of the team and the business.The approximate pay range for this position is $109,000 to $115,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
