Join us!**Job Description:**The Senior Internal Employee Communications Specialist will help to support Nespresso USA Management to inform, engage and motivate employees across a shared strategic vision and clear business goals. This role will help to execute campaigns and activities to drive engagement, promote employee advocacy, and support Nespresso USA’s culture. The Senior Internal Employee Communications Specialist will also manage and develop the organization editorial content. This is a hybrid-based opportunity and will work 2-3 days a week onsite in office (NYC Manhattan Herald Square District) and the rest remotely from home.**Responsibilities:**_Execute Campaigns and Initiatives to Drive Engagement and Foster a Sense of Belonging_• Execute internal initiatives to promote employee advocacy and support Nespresso's culture and values.• Designs the campaign content in alignment with Nespresso's brand identity standards and communication guidelines.• Ensures consistency of messages across all internal communications channels.• Uses and develops Corporate templates, tools and processes to internally communicate with all employees.• Analyzes KPIs in order to improve each internal campaign._Execute & Develop Communications Plans That Support Business Goals and Objectives_• Drafts, edits, produces and distributes internal communications content as it relates to the editorial calendar (e.g., emails, Corporate announcements and campaigns, monthly all employee meetings, presentations, internal social media posts on Workplace, intranet posts, digital screens, etc.).• Drafts and posts limited content for external communications (i.e. LinkedIn and Glassdoor).• Executes communications that support business strategy, HR, culture, sustainability and DE&I initiatives.• Support alignment with Nespresso Global HQ and Nestle HQ for announcements.• Advocates for the editorial calendar and anticipate any potential issue, holidays, moments to cover and share with employees.• Identifies storytelling opportunities that promote executive(s) and key initiatives.**Requirements:**• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism and/or in a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.• 3+ years of professional work experience in Business or Internal Communications, Writing, Marketing and/or within a Public Relations Agency.• 3+ years of experience serving as a primary writer and editor for executive internal communications, including strategic memos and announcements required.• Demonstrated fluency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) is required.• Must have excellent communication (oral and written), organizational, presentation and stakeholder management skills (including the ability to develop and maintain strong, cross-functional stakeholder relationships).• Demonstrated experience utilizing email, intranets, internal social media, photo/video and/or other technological communication tools and methodologies a must.• Must possess strong project management and time management skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize key tasks based on the needs of the team and the business.• Willing and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.• Experience in developing and executing company-wide employee communications strategies and programs a plus.• Experience in managing crisis communications is also a plus.• Experience and/or knowledge of Workplace or Microsoft Viva is highly desired.• Willing and able to travel up to 10% based on the needs of the team and the business.The approximate pay range for this position is $105,000 to $125,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
