The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic advertising campaigns across Amazon and Omni customers. The main goal of these campaigns will be to boost sales and enhance brand visibility for our prioritized Nestle Health Sciences brands.As the Retail Media Lead, you will closely collaborate with our agency of record and cross-functional teams to plan campaigns, optimize advertising performance, analyze data, and provide valuable insights to enhance the effectiveness of our campaigns. This position requires a deep understanding of the Retail advertising ecosystem, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.**Responsibilities:**+ Develop and execute comprehensive retail media strategies for a sub-set of the Nestle Health Science portfolio of brands to drive sales and increase brand visibility, in collaboration with our agency partners+ Manage assigned budgets across brands and deliver on established KPIs+ Help manage the relationship of our agency of record, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment with business objectives. Ensure accountability and delivery on requirements and projects+ Lead and collaborate with agency partners through annual planning, activation, optimization, measurement (campaign level, monthly, quarterly, and annual) and other ad hoc requests as business needs arise+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and finance teams, to align advertising campaigns with business objectives+ Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, leveraging data and insights to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous optimization+ Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in RDM (Retail Digital Media) advertising, ensuring our campaigns are innovative and effective+ Ensure media best practices and established guidelines, and that performance, transparency, efficiency, and brand safety requirements, are being applied across all investments+ Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of advertising campaigns and provide regular updates to stakeholders+ Identify new advertising opportunities to drive incremental sales and revenue**Requirements:**+ 5+ years of experience with 2+ years at Client or Agency leading strategic planning and activation with a strong focus on Commerce/ Retail Media+ CPG experience , preferred+ Bachelor's degree , preferred+ Retail media expertise required, preferably working with Amazon and technology partners (ex: Pacvue)+ Knowledge of Amazon's advertising ecosystem, including sponsored products, sponsored brands, and display ads+ Must have experience leading the development of strategic retail media recommendations and managing investment and activation across different digital tactics (ex: Display, Search)+ Must have experience formulating objective based KPIs and strong understanding of closed loop retail attribution and measurement, as well as syndicated 3rd party research+ Experience managing high volume of digital investment across a large portfolio of brands (3+) preferred+ Needs to be results/ performance driven and can demonstrate past business performance success with strong business & financial acumen**Skills:**+ Strong communicator, with ability to translate complex digital media concepts into simplified terms that non-media/ non-retail stakeholders can understand+ Strong ability to collaboratively develop relationships cross functionally and with external agency and platform partners+ Understand media operations and requirements (Budgets, Reporting, Billing, etc.)+ Collaborative strengths to develop relationships cross functionally and with external agency and platform partnersThe approximate pay range for this position is $104,000- $127,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
