Marketing Specialist

Quantum Companies is a real estate developer and management company. We own and manage properties, primarily in the Washington DC Metro Area.This is a hybrid role with 4 days in the office and 1 flex day per week.Interested candidates should submit their resume along with samples from their marketing or design portfolio.The ideal candidate is a confident, creative, and independent individual with a background in marketing and a demonstrated ability in graphic design. The role will be best served by a candidate who is a detail-oriented self-starter, who is also willing and able to take direction and constructive feedback.

We are interested in someone who possesses a sincere and genuine desire to deliver elevated customer service to our tenants and collaborate with our leadership to further the mission of Quantum Companies.The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:Website revamp and SEO integration.Routine website maintenance and management.Property photography.Design and creation of property flyers and other marketing materials.Onsite advertising and signage design.Advertisement plans and schedules.Social media planning and posting.Tenant communications; sometimes answering phone calls on behalf of the leasing team.Property & Corporate event planning.Digitization and organization of existing floorplans, documents, and marketing materials.Draft and schedule marketing emails to tenant and customer bases.Enhance database by brainstorming ways to acquire and communicate with customersDaily liaison with VP of Op's, weekly liaison with VP of Op's and Director of MarketingValid driver's license and the ability to drive to properties with little advance notice.Desired Skills:Website DevelopmentSEOReal Estate PhotographyGraphic Design Skills (Photoshop & Illustrator & Blue Beam)Proficiency with basic office softwareSocial Media ExperienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsTime management and organizational skillsAbility to learn new systems and adapt to innovative technologies.Spanish Speaking
