Creative Manager

Winmark Corporation is a nationally recognized franchisor of Once Upon A Child®, Plato's Closet®, Play It Again Sports®, Music Go Round® and Style Encore®. Support our franchisees by managing the production of creative marketing materials including promotions, digital campaigns, videos, photo shoots, advertisements, and other collateral. You will partner with external partners and our internal marketing team to manage branding initiatives for our company and its franchise brands. You will also have an opportunity to coach and develop our Marketing Coordinator role, which reports to the Creative Manager.This position works from our Plymouth, MN office Monday - Friday, with franchisee support hours of 8 am - 5 pm. At Winmark you will discover what it's like to work for a company where taking care of our people is genuinely a top priority - where we seek out those looking for a career, not just a job.Primary qualifications for Creative Manager role include:4-year degree in marketing or similar field, with 6 - 8 years marketing experience in a fast-paced environment, including 3+ years hands-on creative marketing experience.Strong understanding of creative marketing tools and awareness of established and emerging digital and social marketing practices, concepts, and procedures.Excellent leadership, relationship building and negotiation skills, including strong presentation skills.Experience juggling multiple projects and initiatives, with a strong ability to prioritize and manage tactics within a strategy.Strong focus on collaboration with team as well as ability to work independently.Proficiency in Windows Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Ability to display a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.At Winmark Corporation you will work in collaboration with others who are passionate about cultivating strong relationships and those who want to make a positive influence on communities, while making a sustainable impact on the world.
