for a graphic designer at our Mid-City Baton Rouge office. We're looking for an enthusiastic candidate driven to create amazing work in a collaborative environment. You'll be given great opportunities to create amazing things, solve tough problems, satisfy awesome clients, and have a little fun along the way. This position will be part-time (20-30hrs a week), with full-time potential.Experience and AbilitiesExperience in project designs that extend from identity to publications to packaging to web and everything in betweenCandidates must be fully competent in Adobe InDesign.A high level of competency and speed working in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of productsA strong understanding of concept and a commitment to itAbility to produce beautiful, results-oriented design and to take ownership of a project from any point in the processAbility to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, handle a fast-paced work environment, deadlines, new challenges, and changing prioritiesHumility and a willingness to complete the task at hand, no matter the prestige of the project or recognition awardedWillingness to take direction from the Art DirectorDesire to learn and grow as a designer, problem solver, strategist, and personAlso a plus, but not required: illustration, copywriting skills, After Effects, animation, or video skillsAbout UsWe are a fast-paced, creative agency that takes our work seriously.
