Senior Manager, Monitoring Business Communications (Cambridge, MA)Based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, overall management of Business communication planning and activation (i.e. employee and management comms; executive thought leadership) working closely with Business Unit leadership and the Business leader.Your role:In partnership with Marketing and Marcom: Content for Global / Regional Business ShowsIn partnership with M&A Communications, support in the Business for M&A and divestments, plus integration communications when applicable.Communications agency management.Primary goals internally are to drive employee engagement around culture, understanding of strategy, and being a best place to work. the right fit if:A results-oriented senior communications leader with a Master’s degree, and 8+ years’ experience, in strategic B2B communications/marketing in an international/matrixed environment. Healthcare or Technology B2B, B2G Communications strongly preferred.Strong experience managing complex communications processes across a matrixed organization and strong experience communicating with multiple, diverse stakeholder groups, with proven track record in media relations beyond product PR.Agency management experience, strong project management and organization skills and ability to lead internal and external resources.Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams located around the world, strong ability to creatively problem solve.Vibrant team player who can bring energy and creativity to a fast-moving environment.Excellent presentation skills and Strong analytical skills (data driven).Excellent organizational skills and results driven. Combines strategic thinking with effective execution. Management by influence.Develops expert level knowledge of company products and services and may be tasked with introducing new products/concepts.
