In this role you will be a researcher, service designer, brand strategist, and interface designer, all in one. While not required to be an expert in all areas, a growth mindset to develop in less familiar domains is essential. Designers will spend most of their time embedded in a cross-functional team for a single product or service.Required Education:Bachelor's degreeQualifications:6-10 years' experience in product design, service design, engineering, UX, or related fieldBring deep experience in at least one of the three facets of DX design and curiosity to grow in the others: User Research, Engineering and/or Service DesignTechnical knowledge around software engineering, platforms and deployment practices to aid in designing developer-facing experiencesExperienced in user research methodologies and can educate othersAble to lead design from research through implementationExperience designing different solutions for different use cases (consumer facing to internal)Ability to work in and apply design processes in agile environmentsExperience and curiosity within agile and lean philosophiesActive member of the design communityPreferred Qualifications:A toolbox of various talks and workshops you've led to improve design practices in an organizationStrong facilitation skillsExperience working on cross functional software teamsUser Experience Designer Responsibilities:Facilitate presentations and discussions with users, developers, and product marketers to drive resolution on proposed features and functionalityPartner with development team to drive successful implementation of the user experience design specificationsResolve any implementation issues that affect the designAssist other User Experience Designers in the creation and maintenance of interaction and style guidesProvide training and leadership by example in user- centered design methodsTrain other internal company stakeholders on new workflows and functionality after appropriate scoping and development milestones are met** Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered. **** Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements. **Benefits:For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here .
