Email Designer

Our client (a digital agency in Minneapolis, MN) is looking to bring on a digital designer to produce engaging and out-of-the-box content for their client's email campaigns. This person must have strong design skills, conceptual chops, ability to think big picture and apply ideas to the email channel specifically. Curious, collaborative - understands how to create designs that connect with target audiences and tie back to the overarching objective.Experience working with variable and personalized content, motion design, animation, modular templates, adaptive and responsive design.Partner with copywriter to come up with several options, ensure the overarching idea comes through cohesively through copy + design.Proficient in FigmaStrong attention to detailPosition Duties And ResponsibilitiesIdeation and execution of conceptual and promotional campaigns with multiple touchpointsDemonstrate diverse design skills across a variety of channels and mediumsThinking boldly and broadly - solving the problem at hand, but exploring fresh ways of doing so and bringing additional ideas beyond the askUnderstand and follow current best practices and trends in digital experiencesAbility to comprehend and leverage insights from research and data to connect with a target audienceRequired Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, visual communications or equivalent work experience3+ years of experience in a creative agency settingKnowledge and proficiency in creative application software and technologies Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Sketch,
