It's here that we pull inspiration for our reliable products that sustain the desire for adventure in beautiful, rugged places.Position Overview:Expion360 is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your contributions directly impact our brand and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, including Google advertising/analytics, social media management, SEO, and blog writing. Experience in photography, videography, and graphic design is highly desired. This role also requires experience in managing people, projects, and marketing initiatives from concept through execution.Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused on Google advertising, analytics, SEO, and social media.Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.Oversee content creation, including blog posts, social media updates, and email marketing, ensuring consistency with the brand voice and messaging.Creative Content Production: Utilize photography, videography, and graphic design skills to create visually compelling marketing materials.Design and produce promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital assets using Adobe Suite software.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all content aligns with brand standards and marketing goals.Website and E-Commerce Management: Manage and maintain the company's Shopify website, ensuring it is user-friendly, optimized for search engines, and aligned with the latest design trends.Regularly update product pages, create landing pages for campaigns, and monitor site performance.Ambassador and Affiliate Program Management: Oversee and grow the company's ambassador and affiliate programs, building strong relationships and driving brand advocacy.Develop promotional strategies and initiatives to increase affiliate engagement and sales.Event and Tradeshow Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute the company's tradeshow and event schedule.Manage the creation and logistics of all tradeshow materials, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet the highest standards.Project Management: Lead multi-faceted marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and exceed expectations.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Set clear goals and objectives for the team, providing regular feedback and support to achieve them.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is strongly desired.Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Google advertising, analytics, SEO, and social media management.Highly desired: Proficiency in photography, videography, and graphic design.Must have experience with Adobe Creative Suite software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).Preferred: Experience with Shopify web design and management.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in people management.Creative thinker with a passion for the recreational and outdoor adventure industry.This is an on-site position; candidates must be able to work at our Redmond, Oregon facility.Benefits:Competitive salary ($85,000 to $100,000 based on experience).Performance-based bonuses and stock compensation.Company paid health insurance.401(k) retirement plan.Employee stock purchase program.Three weeks of paid time off.Eight paid holidays.Exclusive discounted pricing on Expion360 products.Opportunities for professional development and growth.Work in an exciting industry with a passionate and innovative team.How to Apply:If you're passionate about marketing and the outdoor recreation industry, we want to hear from you!
