Our job is also to ensure we are innovating and executing marketing campaigns across programs and channels that drive new customer acquisition as well as increased mindshare and wallet share with our existing customer base.About the RoleAs an Email Marketing Analyst, you will focus on driving sales by helping optimize the email program. Key responsibilities include developing and executing the email circulation plan, analyzing performance to identify trends and opportunities, and working closely with cross-functional partners to ensure timely and flawless email sends. A successful candidate should have experience in marketing and possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail. You must have the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing multi-channel retail environment.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for weekly and ad-hoc email reporting, including customer engagement metrics, trends, test results, and campaign performanceMaintain key documents including email circulation plan, weekly Trigger performance, and more.Partner with cross-functionally to test all email campaign links for accuracy prior to launchPrepare seasonal/monthly performance recaps and present to brand partners & leadership.Assist in managing monthly financial forecast and accrualsProactively work with team members, email deployment team, brand, finance, customer analytics, and other cross-functional groupsAnalyze competitive marketplace and follow Marketing trends

CriteriaBA/BS Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field1+ year of experience in Digital, Email or E-Commerce MarketingEnthusiastic and self-motivated with a strong interest in EmailAbility to lead projects proactivelyAnalytical problem-solver with insatiable curiosityThe ability to see trends and to extract actionable insights from data to drive resultsStrong organization and interpersonal skills; excellent written and oral communication skillsThe ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize, work on multiple projects, and be flexibleIntermediate to advanced Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables)Meticulous attention to detailAbility to build effective relationships within the team and with cross functional partners & vendorsExperience with a web analytics system is a plus

Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
